How much is shipping?

Shipping within Singapore is a flat rate of $5. Free local registered shipping for orders above SGD $130.

For international orders, shipping starts at SGD $10 onward. Final shipping fee depends on weight of parcel.  

All packages are sent via registered postage with tracking number included.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. For domestic orders, we accept Paynow and PayLah! too. 

 

I saw that you have sales on Instagram! How can I purchase? 

For Instagram story sales and live sales, you can claim items by replying to story or commenting "sold", "mine", etc. Item will go to the person whose claim appears on our Instagram first. 

Claiming and payment rules will be posted before the start of each Instagram sale. Do DM me if you have more queries! 

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 business days for domestic orders (Singapore) and approximately 2-4 weeks for international orders.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Singpost's SmartPac or Ninja Van.

 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be given to you after the order has been shipped! Do use the tracking number with the corresponding shipping carrier (i.e. SingPost or Ninja Van).

 

My package has not arrived. What do i do?

Do check if you have entered the correct address! Sometimes, the package is marked as delivered even though it is still on its way to you. Otherwise, do check with your local post office (for SingPost) or Ninja Van.

 

I entered an incorrect address! What now?

Do contact me immediately! If your order has not been shipped, I can mail it to the correct address. However, if it is already shipped, do contact your local post office.

For packages that are returned to me due to an incorrect address, the buyer has to bear the postage fees. 

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewelry are plated sterling silver and nickel free. 

What are your Refund & Exchange policies?

All sales made with ILLA NOCTE are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges or cancellations of orders. 

 

Please note the following before making a purchase:

- There may be natural cracks, crevices, inclusions as all crystals are formed naturally and are one-of-a-kind. 

- Colors of actual items may differ from photographs on the website due to lighting and varying color tones based on your devices.
